Is there a wholesale order minimum?

No, there is no order minimum. However, we do encourage our wholesale customers to order at least $2000 to take advantage of free or discounted shipping.

How much do you charge for shipping?

Shipping wholesale planters is highly subsidized by our company. It ranges from free to just a few hundred dollars depending on your order amount. Products shipping to Arizona, California, and Nevada get free shipping with $2000+ minimium orders. Orders shipping to other states are highly subsidized. Will my order arrive safely?

Yes, we shrink wrap and palletize all our orders and ship via freight partners. This ensures safe delivery to your business location.

Where is your company registered and where do you ship from?

Our company is registered in the State of Arizona. Our sales and service team operates out of our Phoenix office. We ship our products out of our warehouse in Pomona, California.

Where are your products made?

We manufacture our products in our own factory based in Chaozhou, China. We own our manufacturing plant. This is how we are able to provide rock-bottom, factory-direct pricing to our wholesale customers.

How is the quality of your planters?

Our planters are made of high quality stoneware ceramics. We do not use the cheap dolomite ceramic that crack or chip easily. We aim for high quality to serve the mid to high end markets.

Do you actually have inventory to ship right away?

Absolutely. All the products on our Online Catalog are ready for purchase and ready to ship. They are all live inventory warehoused in California. We do not include anything for purchase on our website that is not available to ship right away.

I don't quite understand your pricing, can you elaborate?

Our pricing is by the set. You can choose the quantity of sets and the sizes you'd like for each style and finish. Our products are priced competitively to make sure our customers maintain excellent resell margins to end consumers.

How do I place an order on your website?

Just add the items you'd like, adjust the quantities and pick out the sizes you'd like. It's very similar to just shopping on Amazon. Then you can just check out and pay with credit card. We built this site to make it easy for our customers to buy online directly.
